Mar 10, 2026For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

They came back to me every time and even messaged my Thai friend to ease of communication services was 10/10 and the price was great and big saving . They asked for few documents and sent them and they replied to say they had received them . Process took 5 days and I was recommend Hanoi veitnam for smooth application . They are very prompt in responding and extremely friendly. I want you to know that the visa was actually successful and on time, according to the agreement stipulated. As for the price, they are totally fair and extremely competitive, if not cheaper, than most agencies. I cannot be more grateful than I am for their professionalism. Feb 25, 2026Have contacted them for advice multiple times, the first time they were moderately helpful but multiple times since they've been either rude or just trying to get money out of me. I used to refer people to their services but it's worse and worse to deal with them. edit: they decided to be a lot more polite responding to this review than they were in their original conversation with me, which was dismissive and insulting. Looks like you can get something that looks humane response if suddenly profits are threatened. Don't expect this if you're not filling their bank account.

As soon as they received the information, Grace advised that they don't process tourist visas. I questioned what changed within 5 minutes of correspondence they never replied. I had been entering and exiting Thailand for nearly 3 yrs and only on my recent entry late december 2025 on the usual VOA which grants 60 days with a 30 day extension for Australian Passport holders was I informed by Immigration that I would be given a 60 day ONLY and I would need to have a visa for entry in the future. I contacted Thai Visa Centre using the Line app and asked how they could help me as I would be departing in 45 days then planning to return after 14 days. Then exiting again June returning in July when I would need to stay until mid November; only being able to be out of Thailand less then 6 nights to comply with religious observance/training. What was their solution bearing in mind as a monastic that relies on support of lay people that would also not require large money outlays and charges. The Thai Visa centre suggested I seek: NON-O Retirement - 1 Year Retirement Extension - Multiple entry They provided the price which was satisfactory. As I had to depart in under 4 weeks I asked if they could get it done so I could have it by 2 days before my departing flight which they confirmed. They then asked me to send the documents from the southern province where I reside; I used the Post office EMS service it arrived the following day... Amazing.The Visa centre sent me a message as soon as they received it; followed by a link that tracks the application process. I was surprised at the efficiency and the clear answers to my questions regarding the exit stamps, etc and other processes new to my preparation to comply with the foreign visitors stay. Choose them if your looking for a good job!

Feb 4, 2026i have tried to report 90 days online, by mail and in person, however i resorted to report in person as i could not get immediate response that my report is accepted by immigration or not, using the other means, this changed since the thai visa centre initiated and extended the service to report 90 days for all interested foreign residents, at 500 baht per report, and discount if use them for more than two consecutive reports, i trust visa centre's service that they will do it in very professional manner and indeed they are, once set up and registered with them, i was able to know online the progress and the 90 day report issued by immigration is delivered to me by registered mail, i am very satisfied with their service and would recommend you seek their help for 90 day reporting or other matters as necessary

Jan 20, 2026I've been coming to Thailand since 2022. Up until this point, I'd been arranging my visa myself. I had to leave the country every 90 days and also had to leave annually for my pension visa. The new year's visa cost me at least 10 stays abroad. All in all, a considerable expense per year. I had started preparing for a non-immigrant visa, which doesn't require me to leave the country. I couldn't manage to open a Thai bank account, so I started looking for an agency that could help me. I contacted the Thai Visa Center, and the contract went smoothly from the very first minute. We arrived in Bangkok on the 18th and were picked up by the driver in a beautiful car on the 19th. I opened my bank account using the Thai Visa Center's service, handed over my bankbook, and my passport to the friendly staff. And today, the 21st, I received everything, including a multi-entry visa, at our hotel. This company is perfect! Everything was taken care of from start to finish. And I saved a lot of money annually. I go back every year. And you, don't doubt any longer, it's worth the trip to Bangkok!
