I recently used Thai Visa Centre for my Retirement Visa extension, and I couldn't be more satisfied. As an expat living in Thailand, finding a reliable agency that understands the complexities of different passports (especially Israeli passports) is crucial.
The team was professional, transparent, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout the process. My visa was processed and returned to me via courier exactly as promised, without me having to deal with any bureaucracy or stress.

I've been coming to Thailand since 2022. Up until this point, I'd been arranging my visa myself. I had to leave the country every 90 days and also had to leave annually for my pension visa. The new year's visa cost me at least 10 stays abroad. All in all, a considerable expense per year. I had started preparing for a non-immigrant visa, which doesn't require me to leave the country. I couldn't manage to open a Thai bank account, so I started looking for an agency that could help me. I contacted the Thai Visa Center, and the contract went smoothly from the very first minute. We arrived in Bangkok on the 18th and were picked up by the driver in a beautiful car on the 19th. I opened my bank account using the Thai Visa Center's service, handed over my bankbook, and my passport to the friendly staff. And today, the 21st, I received everything, including a multi-entry visa, at our hotel. This company is perfect! Everything was taken care of from start to finish. And I saved a lot of money annually. I go back every year. And you, don't doubt any longer, it's worth the trip to Bangkok!
What a great experience! The Thai retirement visa was a breeze with this agency. They knew the entire process and made it seamless and quick. The star was very knowledgeable and walk with us through the entire process. They even have a private can to take you to open a bank account and to MOFA while skipping both long lines. My only gripe is their office is difficult to find. Just as you take the taxi, let the taxi know there's a U turn up ahead. Once you take the U turn, the exit is to your left. To get to the office, drive straight and go past the security gate. A slight pain, for a lot of gain. I plan to use them in the near future with future upkeep with our visas. They are very responsive on Line

First they helped me with a VIP Service upon my arrival at the airport and then they assisted me with my application for a NonO/Retirement visa. In this world of scams now it is not easy to believe any agents, but Thai Visa Centre can be trusted 100% !!! Their service is honest, friendly, efficient and fast, and always available for any questions. For sure I want to recommend their service for anyone who is in need for a longstay visa for Thailand.

16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application.
18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch

18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb
19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.
I will say that this company does what it says it will do. I needed a Non O retirement visa. Thai immigration wanted me to leave the country, apply for a different 90 day visa, and then return to them for the extension. The Thai Visa Centre said they could take care of a Non O retirement visa without me leaving the country. They were great in communication and were up front on the fee, and again did exactly what they said they would do. I received my one year visa in the quoted time frame. Thank you.
